Part 1 deploys USD 1 Million in USDC to the PancakeSwap STBL/USDC pool, executed via a Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) strategy. This approach ensures measured, transparent execution.

In line with our ethos of openness, all STBL tokens repurchased through this program will be transferred and manually locked in a publicly visible Buyback Treasury Vault for on-chain verification.
